Age suitability

Is Korbs right for my child?

Korbs is rated 4+, and it's built to sit gently in a family's day. Here's who it's for, what's inside, and what we've deliberately left out.

Who it's for

Korbs is a tool for the parent or caregiver. You log the foods, read Korbin's suggestions, and decide what to try next — your child rides along. That's true whether you're working with a toddler or an older child.

Korbin, the little train conductor, is the one part your child meets directly. He's calm and unhurried by design: no loud excitement, no startling sounds, and never a sense that a child fell short for only sniffing a new food. A new food is just the next station, ridden at whatever pace feels safe.

What's inside — and what isn't

Korbs is quiet on purpose. There is:

If your child uses the voice feature

Tapping the microphone lets a child say what they ate. Their speech is turned into text on the phone itself, and the audio is discarded — it never leaves the device. It's optional; everything in Korbs can be done by typing instead.

Your family's privacy

Your child's name, foods, and notes stay on your device, and in your own private iCloud if you turn on backup. The only thing that ever leaves is a food name (and a short list of foods to avoid), sent to generate Korbin's suggestions — never your child's name, age, or anything that identifies your family. The full detail is in the Privacy & Terms.

Not medical advice

Korbs is an educational and organizational companion — a way to keep track and keep moving. It is not a medical device, and it doesn't diagnose or treat any condition. If you have concerns about your child's eating, growth, or nutrition, your pediatrician or a feeding therapist is the right place to start.
